Close But No Cigar 3

Before cold plunge tubs were even a thing, I remember doing a polar bear swim in a hole cut in the ice of Lake Huron in Ontario Canada. It was so insanely cold my body stopped working as soon as it hit the water. If I had simply dipped a toe in, I likely would not have continued with or accomplished the task at hand. God knows that going all in and fully under is the only path forward. Anything less is close but no cigar!
